First-hand and independent

Every guide is written from real travel across India by Ashvinee Nagle. Recommendations are independent: no business pays to be featured, and nothing is included in exchange for commission. If a stay, restaurant, or operator is mentioned, it is because it earned its place editorially.

Disclosure

Where a stay or trip is hosted, or where a link is an affiliate link, it is clearly disclosed in the article and on our Disclosure page. A hosted experience never guarantees a positive review.

Accuracy and updates

India changes quickly. Prices, opening hours, road conditions, permits, and visa rules can shift between trips. Guides are reviewed and updated as conditions change, but readers should verify time-sensitive details with official sources before travelling.
